You built the audience.
You have nothing to sell them.

I build and launch digital products for creators. The product itself, the page that sells it, the emails, and the content to launch it.

What you actually get

Four pieces. Click through them.

Most people will sell you one of these and call it a launch. A product with no page is a file. A page with no traffic is a URL. You need all four or none of it moves.

The GROUNDWORK program document

01 · The product

Forty-eight training sessions, written out in full and designed to look like something worth paying for. Prints to a clean PDF, which is what the buyer downloads.

Two builds, start to finish.

Different niches, different price points, and deliberately different kinds of product. Everything below is live and you can open all of it.

12 week program at $67
Scope
Full launch kit, four pieces

Her audience had been asking for a program for a year. The obstacle was never demand, it was that she would have to write forty-eight sessions, build a page, set up payments and plan a launch.

Her buyer had also already bought one bad $40 PDF and resented it. So the whole build is designed around a single problem: proving it isn't another PDF before she pays. The page shows a real session out of week 7, and an interactive demo that runs the progression rule in front of you.

Problem

Product
Pricing system at $149
Scope
Product plus a custom tool

Freelancers think they have a pricing problem. They have a scoping problem, and the pricing problem is downstream of it. So the product had to do two things: produce a defensible number, then hold it when a client pushes.

The sales page runs a live calculator that tells a visitor exactly how much money they are losing at their current rate. The product itself is not a document at all, it's a searchable console you keep open in a tab, because nobody reads a pricing guide front to back. They open it mid-conversation with a client waiting.

Both are concept brands built to show the format end to end. Neither is a real client and neither is for sale. Everything you see is the quality you would receive.

What it costs

Two ways to work, plus a custom add-on.

Same build either way. The only real choice is whether you keep all the upside, or share a cut so you pay less to start.

PartnerPay less up front
$500up front

Then I take 30% of every sale.

You risk less to get it built, and I only make money when your launch does.

Runs through a shared checkout, so the split is automatic.

BuyoutOwn it all
$1,500once

You keep 100%. I take nothing.

Pay in full, I hand it over and step away. No cut, no strings, nothing to track.

Half up front, half on delivery.

Custom add-onOptional
$1,000

A custom tool or site, built to spec.

A quiz, a calculator, a decision tool, a proper page. Added onto either option.

Priced per project after a quick call.

Every project is scoped and quoted before you pay anything, with two revision rounds included. The partner cut only ever applies to what the product actually sells.

Good fit

  • You have an audience, roughly 5K and up, that actually engages
  • People ask you for something you can't currently sell them
  • You know what you're good at and can explain it in a call
  • You want to own the product outright, not rent a platform
  • You'll either pay up front or share a cut of sales, whichever suits you

Bad fit

  • You want someone to grow the audience. I don't do that, and be careful with anyone who says they can
  • You want it in two days. Rushed products are why people distrust digital products
  • You're not sure what you'd sell. Come back when you are, it'll be a better build
  • You're building something you wouldn't put your name on. If it can't be a case study, I'll pass

Start a project

Tell me what your audience keeps asking for.

That's the whole first message. If there's a fit I'll come back with a scope and a price. If there isn't, I'll say so.
